Christmas food(圣诞大餐)
The traditional Christmas and food go together; most
people, when asked what they will eat at Christmas,
say ‘too much!’. For the majority of people this usually
means lots of very calorific, naughty and sometimes
expensive food and drink. Jimmy Burns from Halifax said
he would be eating ‘very little healthy food and too
much of everything else’.
The traditional Christmas
Day dinner is one of the focal points of Christmas when
the whole family sits down to roast turkey, vegetables
and potatoes followed by Christmas pudding with brandy
butter. However, in recent years some new Christmas
food trends have appeared.
